We is You and Me.
Green Mountain Lodge was built on a simple belief: the best ideas surface when strategy gets room to breathe, and creativity isn’t treated as an afterthought.
Founded by Josh Greenberg (J/G), GML brings together two decades of experience at the intersection of music, culture, technology, brand, and leadership. From guiding global strategy at Red Bull (2001-2015) and Spotify (2016-2018) to launching music-tech start-ups, coaching creators, and teaching future industry leaders, the work has always circled one core question: how do we make creative work… work better?
Now based in Copenhagen, GML partners with organizations around the world—especially those rooted in music and culture - to step back, zoom out, and build what’s next. Whether through offsite facilitation, long-term strategy work, or creative coaching, the approach stays the same: part compass, part collaborator, part catalyst.
